The Order provides a structured personal-growth experience, including alignment flows, cohort-based content, labor plans, tasks, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access (using the contact method we provide in the product or on this site).

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or others' rights
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
